Lindsay Mayhew

Lindsay Mayhew is an interdisciplinary poet and workshop facilitator from Sudbury, Ontario. She is the co-editor of the critically acclaimed collection, A Thousand Tiny Awakenings (Latitude 46 Publishing, 2025). Lindsay has performed spoken word poetry across North America, including Vancouver, Montreal, Toronto, and Baltimore. She is the runner up in the 2026 Spoken Word Award by the League of Canadian Poets. She is a seasoned slam competitor, placing as a runner up in the 2025 Canadian Individual Poetry Slam and the 2024 Womxn of the World Poetry Slam. Lindsay is an English Literature Master's graduate from the University of Guelph. Her work centers feminism and mental health and also includes visual art, typewriter poetry, music, and sound art.
